The complete list of all selected films to the FICA 2008 - Short Film Competition - Algarve’s International Film Festival, will be available at INTERNET, from April 01 - 2008, at: www.algarvefilmfest.com and www.festcinealgarve.com

In the competitive section Short Film Competition to all films that will enlist the "2008 Official Selection", the organisation of ALGARVE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL guarantees total transportation expenses, if you use as the FICA exclusive operator for air freights.

VERY IMPORTANT: Do not send us any movie for the FICA final projection, without having received precise indication to do so.

If your film is chosen to integrate our "Official Selection", ask us correct information about the way how you should send it to us, so that you won’t have to pay anything and above all that the movie stays in Portugal only for time considered essential to its participation in FICA - The oldest Portuguese Film Festival.

Do not hesitate to contact us in order to know the conditions that we can offer you during your stay at the Algarve, if you want to accompany your film and spend a few days among us.

Our festival’s selection council is already working to next years edition – FICA 2008.

If you want to send us a 35 mm film (Animation and Fiction), send us at once, a video cassette VHS/Pal, or NTSC.

Do not forget that the maximum duration is of 30 minutes to any film.
